thé’ is part of an experimental multichannel piece for percussion and live electronics, ‘gardens i-iii’: a sonic journey that delves into themes of unfolding, patience, and trust. As a solo performance within the series, ‘thé’ invites the performer and listeners to experience the gradual development of a palette of single sonic events into a narrative—a process similar to growing a garden: planting a seed, embracing the unknown, and trusting that, over time, it will flourish in ways both beautiful and unexpected.
